Repairs, Maintenance, & Renovations

All repair and maintenance work requiring outside professional services must be coordinated in advance with the Property Management Team. All renovation work must be reviewed and approved in advance by the Property Management Team, in accordance with the lease. Please contact the Property Management Team with any questions about these policies. The purpose of these policies is to ensure the safety and security of all building occupants. Failure to abide by these policies can result in delays and refusal to provide access to the building.

sign in procedures & Deliveries

Any vendor requesting access to the following areas must sign in at the Security Office on P1 upon arrival:

  • Electrical Rooms
  • Mechanical Rooms
  • Roof Access

If your vendor arrives outside of our regular business hours, please call 857.350.3768.

When it comes to items being delivered to your business:

  • All tenant deliveries shall be directed to the Loading Dock on P1. The Loading Dock Security Office is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • To receive large packages to our main loading dock, please use the address 111 Autumn Lane, Boston MA 02210. Loading Dock deliveries should be scheduled via Building Engines at least one day in advance when possible. Loading Dock access is available on a “first come, first served” basis.

As a reminder, no deliveries requiring carts or wheeled equipment may pass through the Paseo.

Vendor Recommendations

The Property Management team is available to provide vendor referrals upon request.

Landlord Responsibilities

The general upkeep of the common areas is the Landlord’s responsibility (as outlined below). Please contact the Property Management Office with any questions or concerns.

  • Roof of Buildings
  • Foundation of Building
  • Common Area Exterior Walls
  • Sidewalks
  • Parking Garage
  • Exterior Lighting
  • Landscaping
  • Security for Common Area of the Property
  • Janitorial Services for Common Areas of the Property

Waste Removal Location on Property

The trash and recycling compactors are located on level P1 of the parking garage, directly next to the loading dock. The refrigerated trash room for compost is located on level P1, adjacent to the Security Office. These areas can be accessed via the freight elevator or stairwell 2.

Seaport Marketing

Seaport has an active online presence promoting events, promotions, and news from the property through our website and social media channels including Facebook & Instagram.

Tenants are encouraged to utilize all Marketing channels available to them. In addition, partnership opportunities are available for tenants.
